Mrs. Ferrer is the former coordinator of New Projects for MPI, Inc. a foam fabricating company. Prior to that Mrs. Ferrer was the Administrative Assistant to the President at NDL Sport and Everlast.

From 1975 to 1996 Mrs. Ferrer was the Comptroller – Treasurer for Hysport International Inc, Vortex Associates Inc, and Sport Project Marketing Inc.
